Well, the boys are back from the first ever Bermuda Ball Hockey Association road trip across the big pond to the famous hockey city of Boston. From all reports, the boys put in a great showing on the ball hockey rink as well as in the bars, on the streets, in the hotel and just about everywhere else that they went. The big hi-light of the trip was meeting up with the owner of the Minnesota Wild while at a Boston Bruins game at the Fleet Center, where the Bruins were playing the visiting Minnesota Wild. Not only did they meet the owner, the group of 16 or so BBHA boys even had their very own box! Word on the street also has it that Darren Anderson, the current 2000/2001 League Commissioner, put on an impressive off the bench drive towards the opposing net and put a pin point accurate shot past the net minder in the top corner. Although the boys put eventually lost their big game against the home town favorites, they did manage to figure out the new surface and different rules to make it a close one. Have a look below for some trip pictures to see just what the boys were up to.
