Well, another Fall BBHA Tournament has come and gone.  Without fail, the good ol' boys put in their best efforts both on the rink running around as well as off the rink drinking copious quantities of beer.  This year's tournament turned out to be quite an eventful one, with a sudden date change and the too close for comfort lightening bolts.  Due to the rain, the second game of the tournament was postponed for over 3 hours and the Championship game had to be moved to the following night under the new flood lights.  Here are a few stats to get you excited before you dig in and have a closer look at the actual final tournament stats from the links following these stats:

bullet

Shortest Game - Game 1 with Team Noah's Ark Feed and Supply loosing in a mere 17 minutes to the eventual Tournament Champions Team Wheat Kings by a score of 7 to 3

bullet

Longest Game - Game 2 after the 3 or so hour rain delay with Team Hook's Hookers narrowly getting past Team Anderson's Oilers by a score of 7 to 6 in 1 hour and 4 minutes

bullet

Points Leader - Jeff Ingleman with 14 closely followed by Tournament MVP Derek Winch and his teammate Kevin Haddon-Harris with 13.  Derek scored 5 goals in the Championship game to overtake Kevin.

bullet

Tournament MVP - Derek "Show 'em how to play when it counts" Winch

bullet

Most Goals in a Game - Derek Winch with his 5 goal performance in the Championship Game and Jeff Ingleman with 5 in Game 5

.
Well, this is what it is all played for.  The
Robin Hood Cup.  A magnificent replica of the real NHL Stanley Cup, this cup is due to grow with many a name over the years as the BBHA continues to play the Spring and Fall classic.  To date, the Fall 2000 tournament was the fourth tournament to be organized and played for the Cup.
